RETURN & REFUND POLICY - RARELINE DROPS

At Rareline Drops (https://rarelinedrops.com), we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium headwear. If your hat doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we are here to help.

1. RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be postmarked within this 14-day window to qualify for a refund.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
* The hat must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
* It must remain inside its original packaging with all premium tags and labels attached.
* Items showing signs of wear, makeup stains, sweat marks, or odors will not be accepted.

3. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return or exchange, please email our customer service team at support@rarelinedrops.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. REFUNDS AND PROCESSING
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.

6. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your hat arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us immediately at support@rarelinedrops.com with photos of the item. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund right away at no extra cost to you.
